Yes! The game is completely free to download and play. You can explore, socialize, and enjoy many features without spending anything. Diamonds (premium currency) are optional and used for cosmetic items, fashion, and VIP experiences.

When you first launch the game, you'll be prompted to create an account. Enter your email, create a password, and verify your email address. Then you can customize your avatar and start playing!

Try these steps:
1. Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date
2. Run the launcher as Administrator (right-click > Run as administrator)
3. Disable antivirus temporarily to check if it's blocking the game
4. Uninstall and reinstall the launcher
5. Check that your system meets the minimum requirements

Connection issues can be caused by:
1. Server maintenance - check our Discord for announcements
2. Firewall blocking the game - add an exception for the launcher
3. VPN interference - try disabling your VPN
4. Internet issues - restart your router and try again

The game is approximately 2GB. If downloads are slow:
1. Check your internet connection speed
2. Pause and resume the download
3. Try downloading at a different time (off-peak hours)
4. Close other applications using bandwidth

If game updates aren't applying properly:
1. Make sure you have the latest launcher version (v1.1.3+)
2. Try clicking "Update" again in the launcher
3. Uninstall the game from Settings and reinstall fresh
4. Check you have enough disk space (at least 4GB free)

To fix voice chat issues:
1. Check your microphone is selected in game settings
2. Make sure the game has microphone permissions
3. Test your microphone in Windows/Mac settings
4. Try a different audio input device
5. Restart the game after changing audio settings

For visual problems:
1. Update your graphics card drivers to the latest version
2. Try lowering graphics settings in the game
3. Make sure your GPU meets minimum requirements
4. Disable any overlay software (Discord overlay, etc.)
5. Try running in windowed mode

In-game, click the wallet icon in the menu. A QR code will appear - scan it with your mobile wallet app (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Uniswap Wallet, or any WalletConnect-compatible wallet). Once connected, your wallet address and SECH balance will display automatically.

Your wallet must be connected to Arbitrum One (Chain ID: 42161). This is a Layer 2 network on Ethereum that offers fast transactions and low gas fees. Most wallets can add Arbitrum automatically when you connect.

SECH tokens can be purchased on decentralized exchanges (DEX) on the Arbitrum network. You can swap ETH or other tokens for SECH using Uniswap or other Arbitrum-compatible DEXes. Make sure you're on the Arbitrum network before swapping.

Diamonds are the in-game premium currency. Use them to purchase exclusive fashion items, accessories, VIP area access, and participate in casino games with higher stakes. Your diamond balance is displayed in-game and synced across sessions.

Absolutely! Every purchase is verified on the Arbitrum blockchain before diamonds are credited. We check that the transaction was confirmed, the correct amount was sent, and it came from your connected wallet. Your transaction hash is recorded for transparency.

Yes! Secrets Metaverse features proximity-based spatial voice chat. Talk naturally with players near you - volume adjusts based on distance. Perfect for socializing at parties, having private conversations, or coordinating during games.

When you first join, you'll enter the character creator with options for body type, face, skin tone, hair, and more. After that, visit the in-game shop to purchase clothing, accessories, and cosmetics with diamonds. Express your unique style!

To add friends, approach another player and interact with them (E key), then select "Add Friend" from the menu. You can also search for players by username in the Friends menu. Friends can see when you're online and join your location.

On the login screen, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

To report a player for inappropriate behavior, click on their avatar and select "Report" from the menu. Describe the issue and submit. Our moderation team reviews all reports. You can also report players through our Discord server.

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption for all data. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. Wallet connections use secure WalletConnect protocols. We never store your private keys or have access to your wallet funds.
